Job Description:

To coordinate the care for maternity patients, their family and/or caregiver across the continuum, overcoming health care barriers, providing a comprehensive assessment and facilitating timely referrals for appointments to the multidisciplinary maternity team. Serves a resource to patients, physicians and others across the continuum of maternity services.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

BS/BA required. 5 years of lactation experience preferred. Cert Lactation Counselor (CLC) required upon hire. International Board Certified Lactation Consultant preferred.

Salary Range:

$25.57-$39.16 per hour Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
