Summary:

Cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. Responsible for professional accountability and development. Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.

Preferred experience includes 1 year Inpatient Rehab Facility or Long Term Acute Care or Skilled Nursing.
