RESPONSIBILITIES
I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direction of the Manager and other team members, develops standard and ad hoc reports and presentations, and performs analyses to assist with process improvement efforts.
Supports initiatives as assigned by the division.
II. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Essential: seeing, hearing, speaking, finger dexterity.
Continuous: sitting.
Occasional: standing, walking, stooping/bending, lifting and carrying usual weight of 10 pounds up to 20 pounds, reaching above, at and below shoulder level.

B. EXPERIENCE:
In addition to the educational requirement, one (1) year experience performing quantitative and analytical work.
Experience to demonstrate:
o Ability to develop and maintain PC worksheets of high complexity.
o Ability work collaboratively with a broad range of people to accomplish assigned tasks effectively and efficiently with high quality customer service.
o Effective written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and critical thinking skills.
Knowledge of industry coding standards (e.g. ICD; CPT; HCPCS; NDC; SNOMED) preferred.
Experience producing and interpreting SPC Charts preferred.
Knowledge of descriptive statistical methods preferred.
Experience creating charts/graphs in Excel, SAS, R or other analytic tools preferred.
Knowledge of quality control methods preferred.
