    Objective:

    As an Associate Practice Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the administrative and clinical operations of our outpatient services. You will collaborate closely with our Clinical Directors, leadership, administrative team, and therapists to ensure high-quality care delivery and adherence to clinical best practices.

    1099 to Full-time:

    This position will start out as a 1099 and has the opportunity to transition into a full time, W2 position with benefits once the individual has been credentialed and built up and maintained their caseload for 90 days.

    Compensation:

    1099: $43 to $50 per clinical hour depending on caseload

    Full-time salary: $65k to $85k

    Responsibilities:
    • Direct Services: Maintain a caseload with an average of 20 hours of direct service per week.
    • Clinical Oversight: Provide direct and indirect clinical supervision, guidance, and support to therapists and clinical staff in both outpatient therapy and school-based settings.
    • Administrative Support: Direct and assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting and special projects to ensure efficient operations.
    • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain the quality of clinical services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards. Assist and complete audits as needed.
    • Program Development: Assist in the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and meeting the needs of our clients.
    • Staff Development: Support the professional growth and development of therapists through mentoring, training, and performance evaluation.
    • Case Consultation: Provide consultation on complex cases, offering clinical expertise and guidance to therapists as needed. Be available to host a Clinical Team.
    • Collaboration: Foster collaborative relationships with schools, community agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance service integration and client outcomes. Meet with and be available for talks with existing and new school and community partners.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:
    • Master's or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
    • Independent License, Supervising eligible clinician in the state of Colorado
    • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in behavioral health settings.
    • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
    • Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in behavioral health.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
