    The Sr. Client Strategy Advisor provides tactical leadership and management of an elevated level of support for Retail Execution for Dynamic Model and other related client operations initiatives for four-six (4-6) assigned Client Strategy Teams. This role will regularly meet with Client Strategy Advisors and Analysts for respective Pilot and Expansion Projects to develop initiatives to drive client ROI.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Essential Functions

    • Supports the vision, strategy, and thinking methodologies used to innovate new products and services, introduce novel or disruptive ideas, improve existing processes, and create a culture of innovation within the company.

    • Participates in implementing strategic innovation initiatives.

    • Conducts researchto collect data and background information for innovation projects.

    • Collaborates with internal teams or outside partners to support experimentation, testing, and prototyping ofnew products and processes.

    • Collects data and performs analysis of initiatives to quantify results.

    • Prepares and presents exhibits and summaries that detail innovation efforts.

    • Collaborate with Client Strategy Analyst to build and maintain strong partnership with

    • Business Managers and clients in development of strategic plans for Category Management with client team.

    • Collaborate with Client Strategy Analyst in the analysis of numerous, varied complex base insights for assignedclients represented on the client team.

    • Present insights to stakeholders including Acosta clients, and Acosta leadership up to and including EVPs.

    • Identify root cause of issues and provide innovative solutions to obtain more positive outcomes for the assigned clients represented by the client team.

    • Provide guidance with Client Strategy Analyst collaboration, analysis to manage the completion of all base presentations to meet time frames and needs of various stakeholders, including the customer team.

    • Assist and drive dynamic routing and in-store activities.

    • Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.

    • Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimal Education Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree

    Experience Requirement

    • 1-2 years Management experience, 4 years Client Management,Business Operations, Sales or other industry related work experience.

    Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:

    • Must have a college degree and 3-5 years of experience in Client Management, Business Operations, Sales or other industry related functions or equivalent related work experience.

    • Must have superior communications ability, including ability to prepare and present data, ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders from entry level reps through to senior corporate executives.

    • Proven ability to analyze, interpret, apply and communicate (oral and written) data insights.

    • Demonstrated ability to persuade and lead based on facts and data.

    • Highly self-motivated and directed.

    • CPG (consumer package goods) is preferred.

    • Expert proficiency level using Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Look-ups, graphs, macros etc.

    • Strong analytic mindset, ability to structure work and handle ambiguous data.

    • Proven team leadership ability for small - intermediate teams.
