  • Our client, a leading logistics company, is seeking a Clerical Support Specialist to join their team. As a Clerical Support Specialist, you will be part of the administrative department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent telephone skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Job Title: Clerical Support Specialist

    Location: Salem, OR

    Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.50 hourly

    What's the Job?

    • Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.

    • Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address concerns.

    • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.

    • Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or checks.

    • Manage calendars, and arrange appointments.

    What's Needed?

    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, or at least one year related work experience.

    • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

    • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

    • Good customer service skills.

    • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
