  • Position: Cleaner

    We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at various client locations, ensuring all tasks are completed according to established standards and cleaning specifications.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Arrive promptly at client locations, perform cleaning services according to established standards, and ensure the facility is securely locked upon departure.
    • Perform various cleaning tasks including sweeping, buffing, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash cans, polishing woodwork, wiping down surfaces, scrubbing toilets, and washing windows.
    • Check and restock dispensers and paper products (e.g., paper towels, toilet paper, toilet seat covers) during each shift.
    • Replace mop heads and vacuum bags as necessary.
    • Ensure the quality of cleaning work meets high standards through thorough inspection.
    • Submit inventory requests for cleaning supplies to the Area Supervisor or Manager when needed.
    • Identify and report maintenance issues such as fraying carpets, wobbly tables, or plumbing issues either verbally or via checklists.
    • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including those related to the use of cleaning products and supplies, and incident reporting.
    • Perform other duties as required within the scope of the role.
    Qualifications:
    • Positive attitude and strong team-oriented approach.
    • Ability to follow instructions and learn new techniques.
    • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
    • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds for short periods of time.
    • Must be 18 years or older, possess a valid driver's license, and have reliable transportation.
