Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative support sector, is seeking a Claims Processor to join their team. As a Claims Processor, you will be part of the administrative department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a knack for multitasking, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Claims Processor
Location: Spring, TX
Pay Range: 20.00/hr
What's the Job?
Provide administrative support to the department or individual.
Process insurance claims
Add new claims into the system
Handle typing, filing, answering phones, and scheduling tasks.
Coordinate meetings and conferences, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
Maintain accurate record-keeping and assist in obtaining supplies.
Work on special projects involving recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analyzing information.
What's Needed?
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
Strong administrative coordination abilities.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
