    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer in Training (EIT) to oversee the development and execution of capital infrastructure projects, primarily focusing on stormwater-related initiatives. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of engineering projects from preparation, planning, scheduling, to budgeting of capital improvement projects. The successful candidate will maintain effective communication with supervisors, city officials, the public, agencies, consultants, contractors, and others involved in the projects. Responsibilities also include supervising and reviewing consultant plans, coordinating public meetings, and overseeing the review of contracts and invoices.
