    2025 is the 22nd season of Citizens' sponsorship of the Phillies at Citizens Bank Park. This relationship sets us apart from our competition and enables us to deliver a differentiated experience for current and potential customers. We're working to bring new enhancements to the ballpark for 2025 to foster and create increased engagement with attendees that will translate into favorable brand awareness and positively impact our business.

    Timing:

    March - October; position may be extended to coincide with Philadelphia Phillies season

    Location:

    One Logan Square - 130 N. 18th Street, Philadelphia, PA (large portion of time will be spent at Citizens Bank Park)

    Schedule:

    • Up to 40 hours per week, including:

    • 50-80% of Phillies home games

    • Citizens Bank Park shift reporting times vary- at 4:30pm for night games, 10:30am for early afternoon games.

    • Traditional daytime office hours on non-game days when needed

    • Community, press and virtual events

    General Responsibilities - Reports to Senior Sponsorship Manager

    • Philadelphia Phillies

    • Manages all aspects of Citizens Ballpark Bankers ambassador program, including but not limited too: scheduling of staff and gameday operations at Citizens Bank Kiosk

    • On-site liaison between the Philadelphia Phillies and Citizens for sponsorship-related programs at Citizens Bank Park, including distribution and inventory of premium giveaways and interaction with fans, lead generation, account opening, etc.

    • Provides general support for Sponsorships team, working on projects including virtual events, press conferences, and community initiatives.

    • Assists with distribution of Phillies tickets and premium items to community partners.

    General Requirements:

    • On track to graduate with a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field

    • Expected graduation date of May 2025 or May 2026. Graduate students considered.

    • Must be available for approximately 50-80% of Phillies home games (minimum 40 games), including nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as weekly daytime office hours and special events as needed.

    • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, writing and organizational skills.

    • Supervisory and project management experience recommended - contractors will manage brand ambassadors at each shift.

    • Ability to interact and manage colleagues at different levels of the organization.

    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

    • Experience with social media initiatives recommended.

    • Access to reliable transportation and/or comfort level with local public transit system.

    • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.

    *This is a paid internship with college credits also available if needed.
