    Key Responsibilities

    • advise senior leadership within the Op Unit on the technical execution of our Programs and Projects

    • consult with Site Leads, PMs, and Engineering leaders on complex technical matters

    • provide direction and standardization of engineering best practices, and standards

    • lead Op Unit IRAD and CapEx requests by collaborating with our Site leads, PMs, and Engineering Leadership across the Op Unit

    • support our business growth initiatives, proposals, and be available to brief customers on our technical capabilities

    • identify Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the Op Unit, and work with PMs to apply that expertise for their Programs

    • work to promote our technical capabilities outside of our Op Unit and champion our engineering centers of excellence to the greater KBR

    • mentor and advise the technical talent across our Op Unit, and create opportunities for growth and professional development

    • advise on the resourcing and balancing of technical talent as projects ebb & flow, or to meet surge requirements

    • promote and lead our technical collaboration events within the Op Unit (i.e., build community)

    • Qualifications:

    Required
