Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and hold an active Tennessee RN license. Must have at least 2 years of Charge Nurse experience and previous experience working in a Multi-Specialty clinic. Responsibilities include supporting and collaborating with operations and medical leadership of each assigned facilities to ensure the clinical staff are performing at their highest potential, performing skilled nursing procedures that cannot be performed by or delegated to unlicensed assistive personnels, promoting quality outpatient bedside nursing care and leading by coaching and mentoring core group of clinical staff, and assisting in ensuring a safe and effective work environment.
