  • Our client, a leader in the energy industry, is seeking a Change Management and Communications Lead IV to join their team. As a Change Management and Communications Lead IV, you will be part of the project management team supporting various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong relationship management abilities, and a high level of attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

    Job Title: Change Management and Communications Lead IV

    Location: Calgary, AB (Hybrid)

    What's the Job?

    • Develop overall change strategy and approach, working in collaboration with other functions as needed.

    • Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to assess potential or actual complex change impacts.

    • Lead the development of communication material including key messages, sponsor communications, and presentations.

    • Identify people risks, proactively managing them throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Develop metrics, monitor, and measure outcomes related to business readiness and rate of adoption.

    What's Needed?

    • Post-secondary degree in communications, business management, psychology, human resources, or education.

    • 10 years' experience in change management in complex organizations for transformational initiatives.

    • Change management certification (Prosci preferred).

    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Experience working with and advising senior leadership; can influence without authority.
