    You Are:

    A talented finance professional excited to usher in a new era of digital finance. You're a problem-solver with the keen ability to diagnose a client's unique needs. You can see the gap between where they are and where they need to be, and love creating a blueprint to get them there .

    The Work:

    • Manage workstreams that identify inefficiencies in the clients' organizations and orchestrate transformation solutions, accordingly, including organizational and operating model changes, systems enablement, automation tools, data analytics, and AI.

    • Understand clients' global business priorities, analytical capabilities, organizational and operating models, and challenges in the context of economic, technological, and social trends.

    • Bring together complex technology, data/AI, and talent requirements to deliver clients' business transformations.

    • Create quantification and benchmark analysis of the client's challenges and Accenture's proposed solutions to build the transformation business cases with ROI metrics and implementation KPIs.

    • Mentor consultants and analysts on C-suite relationship building and communication skills and enable opportunities for junior team members to share their work with the client .

    • Bring insights from internal and/or external data into client discussions to open the door to new opportunities.

    • Articulate the data-driven transformation story, connecting insights from data with client context and value .

    • Use data to assess business performance, identify drivers and innovate new business/operating models and business processes.

    • Apply industry and functional knowledge to build client-relevant data and AI assets.

    • Partner with Accenture's Data and AI professionals to incorporate Data and AI tools into client solutions.

    • Up to 80% travel (Monday - Thursday) depending on client needs.

    Here's What You Need:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance consulting, FP&A, or corporate finance function

    • Minimum 5 years of experience with significant people and project management focused in one or more areas:

    • Finance Functional Strategy (Talent/Org, Processes/Services, and Technologies)

    • Enterprise Data, Analytics, or AI

    • Transformation Business Case Development & Management

    • Bachelor's degree

    Bonus Points if:

    • You have an MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

    • You can articulate and apply industry-relevant perspectives about how technologies & ecosystem partners can help transform your client's business functions.

    • Strong quantitative skills and analytical thinker with 3 years of prior experience in driving insights using statistical, data, or benchmark analysis.

    • You're well-versed in strategic cost reduction, strategic planning, and financial performance management.

    • You have an understanding of one or more of the following technologies:

    • ERP Technologies (SAP or Oracle).

    • Finance Technologies (BPC, Hyperion, EPM, or Anaplan)

    • Reporting Solutions (OBIEE, Tableau, MicroStrategy, PowerBI)

    • Enterprise data tools & technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)

    • You have experience in Shared Services, Centers of Excellence (COEs), or Global Business Services (GBS) design or management.

    • You have knowledge of analytics techniques & technologies (statistical modeling, R, Python, etc.)

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth ~~~ accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
