CDL Crane Operator

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating a crane to lift, move, position, and place materials and equipment. You will work in a variety of settings, including construction sites, ports, and warehouses. Class A CDL license is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Operate crane to lift, move, position, and place materials and equipment

• Perform daily safety checks on the crane and report any issues to the supervisor

• Follow all safety procedures and regulations

• Communicate with ground personnel to ensure safe and efficient operation of the crane

• Read and interpret load charts and rigging diagrams

• Maintain accurate records of materials lifted and moved

• Perform routine maintenance on the crane as needed

Requirements:

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid crane operator certification

• Current Class A CDL

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a crane

• Knowledge of OSHA and ANSI standards in crane operations

• Ability to read and interpret load charts and rigging diagrams

• Strong communication skills

• Physical ability to operate the crane and perform routine maintenance tasks

• Must be able to pass drug screen and fit for duty test
