We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Class B Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of wine and spirits to various retail locations, restaurants, and other clients. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and adherence to all safety and regulatory guidelines.

• Assist with inventory checks and stock organization as needed.

• Ensure the correct handling and storage of products to prevent damage.

• Valid CDL Class B license.

• Clean driving record.

• customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy cases of wine and spirits.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

• Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies.

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.

• Report any vehicle maintenance issues promptly.

• Ensure all deliveries are made in compliance with state and local laws regarding the transportation of alcohol. Benefits:

Responsibilities

CDL Class B Requirements

• Age:

• 18+ for intrastate driving.

• 21+ for interstate or HazMat.

• License:

• Valid non-commercial driver's license.

• Knowledge Test:

• General Knowledge Test.

• Additional tests as needed.

• CLP:

• Hold for at least 14 days.

• Skills Test:

• Pre-trip inspection.

• Basic control skills.

• On-road driving.

• Background Check:

• Required for HazMat.

• Training:

• Complete ELDT if required.

• Fees:

• Pay applicable fees.

• Endorsements:

• Optional: Passenger, School Bus, Tanker, HazMat, Double/Triple Trailers.

The essential functions of this role include

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
