  • Come join our growing team as a Data Owner lead to support Connected Commerce initiatives.

    As a Data Owner Lead within Connected Commerce for Consumer and Community Banking division of JPMorgan Chase, you will be part of a highly collaborative data & analytics team that partners with product, design, technology, marketing, and analytics to enable data driven next generation experiences. You will help craft the data requirements, develop data specifications for data delivery, partner with data delivery tech teams to publish modernized data to target consumption data platforms, partner with product and analytics team to identify data gaps and make recommendations to build AI/ML based solutions.

    Job responsibilities

    • Partners with aligned Product Owners & leads, Data Scientists and Analysts, tech leads, to drive increased business value through the identification of data required to support personalization product capabilities and advanced analytics outcomes

    • Manage the personalization data roadmap, backlog, requirements, and prioritization

    • Lead discovery on new initiatives, including determining and refining business value, customer value and working with tech partners for tech feasibility and data availability

    • Refine and prioritize stories, as well as lead sprint planning and execution (along with other scrum cadences and events) for technology development teams for consumer experience requirements

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • 6+ years of experience in data management, data governance, ad-tech, Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Google or Azure, and/or experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, etc.

    • Experience developing roadmaps and public cloud platform based solutions for data lake, data warehouse and business intelligence dashboards

    • An outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written), work well in cross-functional teams

    • Ability to identify and address program execution needs in a fast-paced environment; previous exposure to agile practices and ability to adapt agile tools

    • Ability to partner directly with technology scrum teams to translate product requirements and user stories into technology sizing estimates and requirements

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present facts, thoughts, and ideas in a clear, concise, and convincing manner to stakeholders and partners

    • Great at balancing strategic & creative thinking and tangible execution

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Experience working on public cloud platforms, AI/ML, digital marketing, controls partners to align roadmap

    • Experience in ad-tech, digital marketing, consumer banking, and/or consulting

    • Understanding of public cloud technologies, web application frameworks and mobile native technologies
