Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed-oriented Catering Server to join our Luxury Premium team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and accurate food service, while providing a level of hospitality that exceeds guest expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaboration - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure meals are delivered to the correct recipients in a prompt and accurate manner following all safety guidelines, with special consideration to guest requests.

• Food Service - Prepare work area prior to guest arrival, including rolling silverware, plating table and stocking, cleaning, and equipment.

• Safety and Compliance - Demonstrate compliance with all local service laws, as well as company policies and procedures regarding Responsible Alcohol Service. Follows safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times.

• Customer Service - Anticipate and react accordingly to guest needs, answer questions, and provide suggestions to event attendees.

Qualifications

• Minimum (1) year of Food and Beverage, Hotel/ Hospitality, Club or Full-Service Restaurant experience.

• Valid TABC or state approved Alcohol/Liquor certification.

• Valid ServSafe or state approved Food Handler's certification.

• Excellent customer service, organization, and time management.

• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment.
