Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Catering Sales Department needs such as

• Manages Smaller Events: internal, concessions-only, affiliate and exhibitor orders

• Daily Distribution: Manage the daily distribution process of BEOs

• Process Payments: Processing of payment for deposits and final payments

• Event History: Researching event history for accurate forecasting

• Competitive Analysis: Research and create a competitive analysis for catering sales annual report

• Weekly Forecast Update: Works in EBMS to update weekly forecast

Performs all other duties assigned
