    KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
    • Maintains close ties with targeted guests through personal contact by phone and in person.
    • Greets guests in the casino and participates in social events and special promotions.
    • Anticipates guests' needs and quickly responds to guests' requests to arrange transportation and accommodations.
    • Effectively uses telemarketing, mail and other marketing techniques to increase visitation patterns among target customers.
    • Uses sound judgment and makes good decisions in accordance with established guidelines.
    • Handles difficult guests and situations in a calm, professional and prudent manner.
    • Fully complies with all applicable rules, regulations, laws and policies, and conducts themselves with highest levels of integrity and honesty.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Must have basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, internet, etc.)
    • Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
    • H.S. Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
    • 19 + years of age or older
    • Successfully pass a background check
    • Able to obtain a gaming license from the Nebraska Gaming Commission
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule: nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Present yourself in a professional manner
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal English. Bilingual is a PLUS!
    • Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest's needs.
    • Understanding and a responsibility to adhere to all compliance requirements set for by the company and Nebraska State Gaming Regulations.
    • Must have a minimum of 2 years customer service-related experience.
    • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a MVR check.
