Cash Application Specialist

Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Cash Application Specialist. In this role, you'll be required to perform tasks related to customer applications, maintain customer records, and resolve customer inquiries. Your role will also involve monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications.

• Maintain precise customer credit records.

• Regularly monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on their status.

• Review and resolve discrepancies identified during cash posting activities.

• Ensure all incoming payments are posted accurately and promptly to the appropriate accounts.

• Adhere to set financial standards, regulations, and guidelines on cash processing activities.

• Utilize skills in Accounting Functions, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing Functions, Cash Activity, Data Entry, Data Entry - Numeric, High-Volume Data Entry, Perform Data Entry, Cash Applications, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Billing Functions

• Ability to handle Cash Activity

• Skills in Data Entry

• Capability to perform Data Entry in Numeric form

• Experience in High-Volume Data Entry

• Ability to Perform Data Entry tasks efficiently

• Understanding of Cash Applications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
