    As a Carrier Sales

    Intern

    you’ll

    be part of a dynamic environment that pushes your limits, challenges you to excel, and empowers you to carve your own path to success. In this role,

    you’ll

    cultivate relationships with truckload carriers, negotiate rates, and ensure freight moves seamlessly from point A to B. 

    What We're Looking For

    • Current students with an expected graduation date by May 2026

    • Sales experience is a plus, but not

      required

    What You'll Do

    • Make

      85

      cold calls to truckload carriers to fulfill shipping commitments 

    • Negotiate rates with carriers and book loads 

    • Focus on building new relationships as you build your own carrier portfolio 

    • Provide top notch service to partner carriers and internal stakeholders while being rewarded for exceeding metrics such as outbound calls, loads moved and automation targets 

    • Resolve service failures in an industry where chaos is bound to occur
