Our client, a dedicated provider in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Caregiver to join their team. As a Caregiver, you will be part of a compassionate team supporting residents in need of assistance. The ideal candidate will have empathy, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality care, which will align successfully with the organization's mission.

Job Title: 2nd Shift - Caregiver

Location: Minong, WI

Pay Range: $15+ Based on Experience

What's the Job?

• Provide personal care and support to residents in a respectful and compassionate manner.

• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.

• Monitor and report changes in residents' health and well-being to the appropriate staff.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote their well-being.

What's Needed?

• Prior caregiving experience

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.

• Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others.

• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
