Adecco Healthcare is searching for a caring and dedicated Care Navigator to join our client's team based in Las Vegas, Nevada 89104.

Compensation

$18.00-20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

The Care Navigator plays a pivotal role in ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for our members and their families. Responsibilities include guiding members seamlessly through the check-in process and addressing their care needs from start to finish.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported.

• Update member information in electronic medical records.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals for a diverse care team.

• Aid members with electronic paperwork and document uploads.

• Handle inquiries from prospective and current members and their families.

• Manage incoming calls and provide detailed messages to the appropriate parties.

• Support center events as required.

Required Skills & Abilities

• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.

• Passion for delivering high-quality care experiences for senior members.

• Ability to interact effectively with diverse groups including staff, providers, members, and vendors.

• Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance processes, and electronic medical records.

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general PC skills.

• Adaptability and professionalism in a dynamic work environment.

Education & Experience

• Required: Minimum one year of clinical or similar work experience.

• Preferred: Associate degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Preferred: Experience with EMR systems, such as EClinicalWorks is advantageous.
