Will be working fully onsite in Tempe, AZ! This role is an administrative customer service role but not call center in nature!

Schedule - Must be available to work a set schedule between Monday- Sunday 8am- 7:00pm ( will be working a set schedule of 5 day work week with 8 hour shifts )

A day in the role...

• Assisting a patient through the authorization, scheduling and coordination of complex health procedures.

• Processing Referrals and Authorizations

• Maintaining service level agreements in complex insurance authorizations.

Necessary Skills and Strengths

Medical Insurance | Availity | EOB | Provider Communication

Core Experience

• 2+ year of authorization or referral experience required

• Comfortable working in a high production environment
