Summary:

Serves as a member of the Cardiovascular Team, engaged in the conduct and performance of Cardiac and Vascular Ultrasound / Doppler diagnostic testing. This team member is required to assist the physician and other related healthcare professionals in these technical areas and is responsible for all aspects of clinical support. Functions independently with minimal supervision. Required Technical School: Echocardiography or Ultrasound. Required Experience: 2 years in Ultrasound specializing in Cardiac and Vascular.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience:

Required - 2 years of post graduate - Cardiac and Vascular Sonography experience; Preferred - 5 years of post graduate experience

Education: * Required - Technical Diploma - Sonography/Ultrasound/Cardiovascular Technology; Preferred - Associates Degree - Echocardiography

Credentials: * Required - RCS/RDCS Certification AND RVT/RVS Certification; Required - BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
