Job Title: Cardiac Rehab Dietitian

Location: BSW Hospital locations in Fort Worth, Dallas and Waxahachie

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cardiac Rehab Dietitian to join our healthcare team. This role will provide nutrition care to our cardiac rehab patient population at 2 locations ? Dallas and Fort Worth. The role is expected to work 2 days per week at Dallas and 2 days per week at Fort Worth locations

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments, including medical and dietary history, to develop individualized nutrition plans

• Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and their families to support health and disease management

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses, to provide holistic patient care

• Develop and implement nutrition policies and procedures to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations

• Stay current with the latest developments in the field of nutrition and make recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential and current license in the state of Texas

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Education

Bachelors preferred
