    The Role:

    As Campaign Manager, you will report to the North America Head of Marketing and work directly in tandem with our marketing team and broader cross-functional teams. You will play a crucial role in curating and creating written content that promotes and builds brand awareness for WG in North America.

    Western Global operates with a digital-first mindset. Joining our dynamic team, you will focus on developing content that resonates with our target markets and supports our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing a B2B content stream, exceptional copywriting skills, and sales funnel management, including leading email outreach campaigns, marketing automation, and nurturing leads effectively.

    A successful Campaign Manager will foster collaboration among internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in our company's outputs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead development, management, and implementation of a comprehensive content strategy, working closely with relevant teams and stakeholders to support Western Global’s marketing and sales objectives in North America.
    • Produce engaging and informative written content, including blogs, white papers, case studies, and sales collateral, demonstrating exceptional copywriting skills.
    • Build brand awareness through integrated marketing campaigns, driving engagement with our audiences and stakeholders.
    • Create and manage targeted content for different stages of the sales funnel.
    • Lead and optimize email outreach campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content and strategies with sales goals.
    • Ensure written content is aligned with brand standards, quality, and tone, optimized for both search engines and user experience.
    • Serve as a key point of contact working with vendor partners supporting digital marketing efforts.
    • Analyze industry trends to create content that meets customer needs and positions Western Global as a thought leader.
    • Measure and report on the effectiveness of content and funnel management strategies.
    • Prioritize and schedule work effectively, anticipating problems and adjusting resource allocation and timelines accordingly.

    What you will bring to the role:

    • Ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Agility is crucial to success in this role.

    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Proven experience in B2B content planning and sales funnel management, with a strong focus on copywriting.
    • Experience with marketing automation tools (ex: Mailchimp, CRM systems) and email campaign management.
    • Knowledge of the B2B sales process and experience executing lead nurturing strategies.
    • Strong communication skills when collaborating with internal stakeholders cross-functionally.
    • Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively.
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • Experience working within brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand identity.
    • Can-do attitude and problem-solving skills.
