  • We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has strong communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, concerns, or issues
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers
    • Have at least 2 years' professional experience in Customer Service/ Call Center environment.

    -Must be able to handle all outbound and inbound calls for the Call Center.

    -Must be fluent in English, read, write and converse in English.

    • Must have both oral and written communication skills.

    -Must have experience answering the phone proficiently and professionally.

    -Must be able to respond to client's inquiries.

    -Must be able to follow up on customer calls.

    • Must be able to identify and escalate priority issues.

    -Must have Microsoft and Adobe experience.

    • Must be able to pass a background check/ government clearance.
    • Must have maximum experience in a high-volume call center environment.
    • Must have a high school diploma or higher.

    -Must have minimal experience in skip trace.

    • Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
    • Analyze customer situations to determine the best course of action and provide appropriate solutions
    • Follow phone etiquette guidelines to ensure positive customer interactions

    Experience:

    • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
    • Familiarity with medical terminology and medical office procedures is a plus
    • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to analyze customer situations and provide effective solutions

    This is a Full-time in person position Monday through Friday

    from 8:30 - 5:00 PM EST except for Federal holidays.
