    Position: Food and Beverage Shift Lead ???
    The Food and Beverage Shift Lead plays a key role in providing outstanding Guest Experiences by managing daily operations and ensuring smooth and efficient running of the attraction, including Admission, Retail, and Food & Beverage. As a Manager-on-Duty, you'll inspire and guide our team to deliver world-class service, create memorable experiences, and develop front-line staff into customer service superstars! ?

    Qualifications & Experience:

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manager on Duty

    • Oversee operations across Admissions, Food & Beverage, Retail, and Attractions.
    • Lead, delegate, and monitor daily tasks for our dedicated front-line staff.
    • Motivate the team to be “guest-obsessed” and deliver exceptional service.
    • Ensure health & safety policies are followed and staff are compliant.
    • Manage guest flow and queues to optimize safety and efficiency.
    • Swiftly resolve guest issues, ensuring smooth communication across all departments.

    Train & Develop Front-Line Hosts

    • Coordinate and conduct training sessions on ride safety, food safety, and customer service standards.
    • Empower your team to deliver exceptional service and recover any guest concerns.
    • Evaluate performance, coach, and escalate as needed.

    Support Food & Beverage Operations

    • When not in a management role, step in to support Food & Beverage by training, stocking, controlling inventory, and boosting employee engagement.
    • Assist with scheduling and other operational duties as needed.

    Requirements:

    Education & Experience

    • High school diploma or GED preferred.
    • Customer service experience is a must, with a passion for entertaining children and families.
    • Strong communication and motivational skills, with the ability to lead a fun, energetic team!
    • Previous training experience and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment are essential.

    Work Schedule

    • Flexibility is key! You’ll need to be available evenings, weekends, and holidays to support operations.

    Work Environment

    • Depending on location, you could be indoors or outdoors, experiencing a range of temperatures and surfaces.
