CAD Operator - Development Services

Overview

Our Eden Prairie, MN office is seeking a CAD Operator/Technician to join its Development Services team. This position will support our growing Land Development practice by using computer drafting techniques to generate site plans, construction drawings, zoning drawings and details for a variety of project types.

Responsibilities

• Generate concept level and final design grading using AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Prepare exhibits and final design plans

• Make revisions to plans based on comments

• Manage deadlines for on-time submittals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

• Relevant design experience preparing construction plans and documents

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong work ethic, interpersonal communication/writing skills and desire to learn
