    We are seeking an experienced and energetic Production PEM to help lead our established SP5/CI-6 Family of ~~~ are looking for a PEM who can coordinate and manage the engineering activities and is interested in leadership role in a growing Product Line. The successful candidate will serve as a PEM working as part of the Engineering Leadership team for theAdaptive Communications and Sensing (AC&S) Product Line. AC&S is a diverse and growing product line with several advanced technology development programs as well as high-rate production programs with a common mission to protect the warfighter.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SIGINT and transition to production. The candidate must have the ability to communicate across engineering disciplines.

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    • Active Secret Security clearance

    • Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline, and at least 12 years of experience in engineering development of complex electronic systems and the transition to manufacturing

    • Experience leading diverse multi-disciplinary teams in the solution of complex technical problems

    • Project engineering management including organizational design, planning, estimating, design management, and product verification

    • Experience using Design to Cost (DTC) methods; leading to technical solutions that meet affordability and producibility requirements

    Pay Information

    Full-Time Salary Range: $147300 - $250400

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
