Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Business Resiliency's mission is to continuously improve our businesses' ability to provide outstanding products and services to our customers in the event of any disruption. The Resiliency Team provides guidance and governance as business stakeholders develop their Business Resiliency Plans, Essential Service Summaries, and related artifacts in accordance with JPMC Firm-Wide Business Resiliency (FBR) Standards.

    As a Business Resiliency Associate II in Business Resiliency, you will work within a team of Resiliency Managers and Essential Service Managers to coordinate updates to resiliency documentation, undertake maintenance activities, and ensure resiliency documentation is in compliance, comprehensive and of high quality. You will support resiliency initiatives and manage centralized resources.

    Job responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute updates to business resiliency documents in coordination with Resiliency Managers and Essential Service Managers

    • Support the management of centralized resources in-line with change management best-practices (e.g. SharePoint site, plan artifacts and utilities)

    • Gather and analyze data to monitor the status of business resiliency plans or initiatives and produce recommendations for action

    • Document processes and identify best-practices through work with resiliency managers to support continuous improvement within the Resiliency Team

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

    • Work on concurrent projects that require both collaborative and independent efforts

    • Effective with both verbal and written communication to various levels in the organization

    • Experience with analyzing and summarizing data to translate findings into executive summaries

    • Curious personality or mindset with genuine interest in learning business operations and resiliency practices

    • Experience identifying and addressing quality issues and/or gaps using process improvement methods

    • Three years general operations experience

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

    • Experience in regulated environments preferred

    Schedule: Hybrid Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

    This role does not offer visa sponsorship.

    This is a Hybrid position which will require the incumbent to commute/work on site 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week.
