The Business Operations & Priority Programs (BOPP) Team serves as the operational hub for CSS Apps & Infrastructure focusing on integrated strategic planning. We are organized to focus on Business Management, Change Management, and Portfolio Program Management.

    About this role: We are looking for a Sr. Business Program Manager to join the Apps & Infra Business Ops & Priority Programs team to support business program management including reporting, governance and planning support for Biz Ops, and the CSS Strategic priority programs such as complexity-based routing, offerings governance, organizational blue print, crisis and incident management, and the Microsoft priority #1: SFI.

    This role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for governance and reporting involved with landing key CSS Strategic Initiatives related to organizational health, capacity planning, offerings, crisis management, and security.

    • Support community activation efforts.

    • Ensure seamless and effective monthly executive reporting of business performance and strategic initiative progress on efficiency targets, acting as point person for executive business review decks, talk tracks, and briefing documents, including accountability for coordinating across leaders and teams to lead the ROB and content curation and creation.

    • Work in partnership with Business Managers across our LOB's.

    Qualifications

    Required/Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement

    o OR equivalent experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 8+ years management (e.g., people, project, process, vendor, change) experience.

    • Proven track record of successful delivery of large business-related program initiatives

    • Demonstrated executive level relationship and communication management skills

    • Experience working with geographically distributed teams

    Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $121,800 - CAD $219,100 per year.
