    Job Description:

    The Business Banking Service Design and Documentation team is responsible for supporting Business Banking Operations teams.

    We are committed to meeting the high expectations and complex needs of our customers, our partners within the Bank, and support our employees in the quest to build Better Business Bankers.

    The Business Banking Service Design and Documentation team is responsible for developing and maintaining Operations processes for both Deposit and Credit products. The team provides subject matter expertise on both enterprise wide as well as internal projects. Through the management of our policies and processes, we support our Business Banking Operations teams and partners and help them "Deliver the Bank" to our customers in support of the Quest.

    We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual who will represent the business as a subject matter expert on policies and processes affecting the Commercial and SBB segments. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Programs, the individual will have the opportunity to interact with a wide variety of areas across the organization, including Business Banking Operations teams, the Business Banking Journeys, as well as other partners such as GAML, Compliance, Legal, CPB Banking Operations, Technology and Risk

    The role will provide the opportunity to gain an in-depth knowledge of Business Banking products, processes, and services and where necessary, participate in identifying, designing and testing solutions.

    -Provide support to Business Banking Operations on procedures, policies, and intranet updates and ongoing process improvement initiatives.

    -Lead/participate in initiatives/projects, either standalone or in partnership with Business Banking Journeys, designed to achieve business objectives following TD's delivery methodologies and process improvement standards.

    -Support our customer facing channels for related Business Banking Product & Operations processes.

    -Leverage a strong knowledge of our legal, compliance and operational risk requirements, and ensuring processes mitigate risks, and align with Business Banking objectives and TDBG standards

    -Create and maintain documented operating procedures that are customer centric, colleague-friendly and market competitive.

    -Establish effective relationships by understanding partner needs, desired level of engagement, and remaining responsive and accessible to business partners we support/work with

    -Identify and recommend opportunities to improve Business Banking Product & Operations processes to simplify our approach and assist customer facing employees with product sales and service.

    -Analyze information and data to understand the impact on the business and make recommendations based on findings.

    -Work within approval matrix environment and use impact and influence to help accomplish tasks.

    -Remain current with key business initiatives and ongoing issues/trends and develop an understanding of critical business success factors.

    -Business Banking and TD Scaled Agile (TDSA) experience are an asset.
