In this role, you will:

This role will be supporting strategic projects related to Records and Document Management. Commercial Banking is undertaking a multi-year effort to enable controls in unstructured environments such as Group File Shares. Additionally, Commercial Banking will be looking to establish processes to inventory physical records and move these processes to electronic processes.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Business Operations or Leadership experience or BA or PM exp.

• Strong Excel skills: Vlookups, manipulate data, pull data for the Program Team, create slides in PowerPoint to go over data

UAT experience and experience writing User Stories, Test Cases, and Test Scripts, and experience Jira

• Excel and can easily work with powerpoint so the program team can ask them to pull data or create a VLookup comparison between groups

• Some type of background in records management

• Knowledge and experience with document archival systems - Documentum and FileNet

Desired Qualifications:

• Commercial Banking experience with a Big or mid-4 firm
