Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $23 - $26.57 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• The role will be responsible for performing account setup and maintenance updates on merchant accounts.

• This is including but not limited to updating ABA/DDA information, adding new locations, adding new and updating entitlements, and other general maintenance updates as part of the setup of new merchant accounts.

• This team is a critical function to the overall department and our merchants as requests cannot be processed without this team.

• This would impact the merchant from being able to accept credit card payments in turn, preventing from collecting fees from these contracts due to no transactions being processed.

• Work will also include completing second level reviews on various tasks performed within the team.
