    Business Development Representatives to join our Managed Logistics Sales team. If you thrive on challenge, love to hustle, and have the finesse to engage high-level decision-makers, this is your chance to shine.

    Our Managed Logistics channel focuses on

    identifying

    strategic partners with complex supply chains, and as a BDR,

    you'll

    be at the forefront—researching and targeting businesses looking to outsource their transportation management.

    You'll

    craft compelling outreach strategies,

    leveraging

    cold calls, emails, and more to connect with decision-makers at organizations with high shipping volume and intricate

    logistics

    needs.

    What

    You’ll

    Do:

    • Leverage 100+ cold calls as well as a high volume of emails and social outreach to engage prospective clients

    • Take charge of outbound prospecting by

      identifying

      ideal target customers through tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and trade publications

    • Facilitate discovery meetings with mid-level to C-level executives to understand their

      logistics

      needs

    • Clearly communicate

      BlueGrace’s

      value proposition and set qualified sales meetings

    • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to smoothly hand-off leads

    • Consistently hit goals and metrics—appointments, qualified meetings, and activity benchmarks
