    Position Summary:

    This position is responsible for working with the District's Sales Team and will focus on penetrating and expanding market share in the assigned vertical market. This position will also be responsible for acting as a SME within the vertical market business lines.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Supporting Sales efforts by developing and leveraging relationships with key decision makers within the business vertical community.

    • Work with the Sales Team in identifying market opportunities and developing and implementing a strategic capture plan.

    • Develops and supports vertical market business strategy.

    • Evaluating opportunities in the vertical market business lines.

    • Professional design and implementation experience.

    Qualifications - External

    Minimum Education and Experience:

    • Associate's Degree, or equivalent experience

    • Strong understanding of the construction market

    • 3-5 years relevant experience in the business vertical

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience

    • 5-10+ years relevant experience in the business vertical

    Additional Skills and Certifications :

    • Ability to establish and build strong relationships within the business vertical

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Works well in a collaborative team environment

    • Problem solver with strong organizational skills

    Pay and Benefits Disclosure

    The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $150,000 and is based on experience and qualifications. Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance. We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short term and long term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
