    Role Overview

    As the BDM, you will be the first point of contact for all new leads and referrals. Your mission is to assess the needs of potential clients, qualify them, and convert them into long-term partners. You'll manage a dynamic sales pipeline, ensure seamless onboarding of new clients, and represent Trident Management's commitment to excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Management
      Respond quickly and effectively to inbound leads.

    • Client Engagement
      Meet with and educate qualified prospects about our residential and association management services.

    • Client Qualification
      Qualify prospects and convert them into clients.

    • Onboarding
      Complete necessary paperwork and onboarding processes for new properties.

    • CRM Management
      Maintain an up-to-date and robust CRM with current notes and statuses.

    • Learning
      Familiarize yourself with Trident's policies, procedures, and relevant real estate laws.

    • Relationship Building
      Develop strong relationships with clients, showcasing our best customer success stories.

    • Marketing Management
      Oversee sales-related marketing and social media efforts.
