POSITION PROFILE
Over the past years, THETA has become a true global brand in the 360 solution area. Smart Vision is entering into the next phase of the evolution as RICOH360 consists of 360 camera + Software + Cloud as a platform.
Business Development Executive, Smart Vision will be responsible and accountable for sales by developing and executing business development strategies to grow our Smart Vision in the North America region. This role will primarily identify, develop, and close new partnerships as well as maintaining existing partners and perform various strategic and tactical initiatives to achieve the sales target. Report to VP of Smart Vision business working with members in North America and key stakeholders in the headquarter in Japan.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Own the sales target for Smart Vision Business in the assigned scope.
Execute the strategic initiatives including partnerships, alliances, and acquisitions of enterprise clients.
Monitor sales and partnership progress working closely with VP Smart Vision Business to ensure the corporate goals are being met.
Develop and execute business development strategies to grow Smart Vision business.
Conduct industry research to develop effective solutions and go-to market plans.
Build and maintain relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.
Identify, develop, and close new partnerships with key players in the industry for Smart Vision.
Expand into new markets and grow RICOH 360 solution's presence.
Work and lead business development team members to develop and execute go-to-market plans.
Report to VP Smart Vision business and perform other duties as assigned by VP Smart Vision Business.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing business development strategies and sales growth owning and achieving sales targets.
Experience in managing C level clients and stakeholders.
Experience and deep knowledge in 360, 3D solution and hardware area.
5+ years of experience and significant depth of knowledge in new business development, processes, logical strategic directional planning with consultation skills and execution.
3+ years of experience in partnership development.
3+ years of experience in leading and managing all resources including people, information, and financial figures as a leader role.

Working Conditions, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is a remote work position.
Requires Travel 20% to customer and partner locations, tradeshows and Ricoh's other office locations.
Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend, and apply complex material, data, and instruction - prepare, provide, and convey diversified information.
Minimal physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, or carrying objects that typically with less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files, and small parts, etc.).
Moderate dexterity - regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination.
