Business Associate

Responsible for all clerical duties of Imaging Services, including Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, CT, Ultrasound, MRI and Breast Interventional studies. This includes image handling, triaging incoming calls from providers, staff and outside facilities, mail distribution, retrieving archived files from PACS, imaging sharing and CD uploading. Daily workflow includes utilizing the following applications: EPIC, PACS, Nuance Powerscribe and Ambra.

Position Requirements :

• High school diploma required, Associate's degree preferred.

• Bilingual (Spanish) abilities highly desirable.

• Must have excellent oral communications in order to solicit information and provide financial counseling to patients and families.

• Prefer knowledge of medical terminology and insurance plan benefit structures.

$17.97 - $26.95 Hourly
