    Job Summary

    Healthcare Digital Labs, a division within Compass Digital, has a Great Opportunity for a Business Analyst within the delivery team. The Business Analyst will work with stakeholders to analyze business processes, workflows, tools, technologies and communications channels in the interest of driving process improvement and efficiency in delivery of client and user solutions. They will support stakeholders in the form of documentation and management reporting improvements. In addition, this candidate will require strong project management skills, including being able to define a project, work across various teams, drive accountability and take overall ownership and coordination.

    Essential Functions

    • Assist with the preparation of accurate and detailed business requirements, functional specifications and documentation for new technology solution proposals

    • Creates, analyzes, and maintains reports for department and Sr. leadership

    • Act as liaison between technical teams and business units; technical and non-technical communication skills required

    • Act as an advocate and subject matter expert for new and existing technology resources and solutions with the business to improve operational efficiencies and streamline daily activities at both the unit and above unit levels

    • Responsible for estate inventory tracking, invoice reconciliation and vendor management tasks for identified Healthcare specific vendors used for specific functions within healthcare estate

    • Assist with documentation and upkeep of implementation guidelines and processes for new technology solutions

    • Assist with new solution pilot deployment activities and tasks as assigned

    • Maintain integrity and confidentiality of information

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent work experience

    • Minimum 3-5 years of IT business experience; IT healthcare focused is a plus.

    • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office as a collaboration platform leveraging SharePoint and Teams for collaboration. Experience with, particularly Smartsheet is a big plus.

    • Effective communicator and planner with the technical skills to enable leaders to make data driven decisions, strong project management skills are a plus.

    • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

    • Service oriented, collaborative approach to customer and peer relationships.

    • Highly motivated, self-starting individual able to deliver with little supervision.

    • Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Some travel to be expected (15%)
