Business Analyst

Description

We are offering a unique role in the construction/contractor industry located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in streamlining our business processes following the recent implementation of several modules in our client's platform. This role offers a contract employment opportunity and will require skills in Database, Gap Analysis, Business Process Functions, and Business Requirement Documentation. Having sustainability knowledge, and being able to create a strategic roadmap for the organization are important for this role.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and improve the business processes related to our platform and other integrated systems.

• Create comprehensive documentation for various systems.

• Design processes and documentation for new workstreams.

• Work independently and wear many hats in a dynamic, Agile/iterative environment.

Requirements

• Strong Business acumen skills (strong communication skills, comfortable speaking with stakeholders, able to look at the "big picture")

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst

• Extensive experience in conducting gap analysis

• Strong understanding of business process functions

• Proficiency in developing and maintaining Business Requirement Documents

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate workflow across various teams and departments

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
