Business Analyst II

Description

We are on the lookout for a Business Analyst II based in Bellevue, WA. As a part of our team, you will be playing a pivotal role in reviewing, analyzing and evaluating business systems and user needs. Your expertise will be crucial in formulating systems that align with our business strategies. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and review business systems to understand user needs.

• Develop or modify computer programs based on user needs and program functions.

• Write detailed descriptions of user needs and program functions.

• Leverage your understanding of relational database concepts and client-server concepts to enhance our systems.

• Use your experience and judgment to plan and accomplish challenging goals.

• Handle complex tasks related to business systems and strategies.

• Employ creativity and latitude in your approach to problem-solving.

• May lead and direct the work of others, fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Use SQL, Tableau, Amazon Redshift, and QuickSight to further our business goals.

• Maintain a strong focus on business strategy when formulating systems.

Requirements - Possess strong skills in planning and organization

• Proficiency in SQL is required

• Familiarity with Tableau for data visualization

• Creativity and innovative problem-solving skills are essential

• Understanding of business strategy and its implementation

• Ability to use and navigate various computer programs

• Knowledge of relational databases is necessary

• Experience with Amazon Redshift is desirable

• Proficiency in QuickSight for business analytics
