Business Analyst Finance

Our client, in Columbus, OH is seeking a Finance Business Analyst to join their team.

Job Title: Finance Business Analyst

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay Range: $80-85/hr

What's the Job?

• Writing requirements for the RFP process for the upcoming ERP project

• Defining and documenting business requirements

• Process mapping and analysis

• Writing User Stories that will feed into development team refinement sessions

• Documenting acceptance criteria

• Being the liaison for the business in IT discovery and prioritization meetings

• Running refinement sessions

• Participate in discovery and completion of the estimation model

• Coordinate QA and UAT

• Facilitate the CAB change management process

What's Needed?

• 3+ years of professional experience as an Finance Business Analyst

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience.

• Proven experience in gathering requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder management within finance, accounting, or ERP projects. ( ERP transformation would be highly preferred)

• Finance background - A solid understanding of financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.

• Experience with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Syteline, Deltek, or similar) is also highly preferred.
