We're seeking Business Analyst Position to work in a temporary role with a Top Healthcare Client in **Chicago, IL. ** We're here to help you find something great that works for you-so you won't miss a moment of what really matters in your life.

Snapshot:

• Support the team responsible for the successful implementation of large-scale divisional activities that cross multiple functional areas.

• Translate divisional strategy into executable plans and facilitate successful implementation.

• Develop clear and compelling deliverables, such as presentations, reports, dashboards, and intranet site content, to communicate work approach and results to internal and external audiences.

• Create business cases to support divisional efforts and assist in managing budgets appropriately.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Operational, and IT partners, as well as other key areas supporting the division.

• Lead divisional impact analysis of business requirements.

• Coordinate design, development, and implementation efforts for divisional initiatives spanning multiple functional areas.

• Track initiatives and activities across the division to ensure proper handoffs and coordination between functional areas.

• Assist process or functional areas in evaluating systems, procedures, and policies for opportunities to enhance quality and productivity.

• Contribute to the development of strategies that improve operational and business processes and metrics.

• Engage with departmental and inter-departmental team members to identify issues, gather data, brainstorm, prioritize, discuss analytic approach, and share findings.

• Manage multiple large priorities across projects to ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Support divisional leadership meetings and projects on an ad hoc basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

• 3+ years of experience in a Provider Networking or Health Care Management analyst role.

• Strong knowledge and experience working with provider and medical claims data.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders.

• Ability to analyze complex business problems and provide effective solutions.

• Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations is a plus.
