Job Description:
The Operations Performance & Workforce Management (BBOPWFM) team is part of the Operational Excellence and Capabilities pillar in Business Banking Operations. The BBOps Performance & Workforce Management team is responsible for colleague hiring, onboarding, training, and capability development, hiring and reporting, workforce management and performance testing supporting BB Operations. For both Deposits and Credit products.

Looking for an energetic, self-motivated leader who will represent the business as a subject matter expert on all processes including reporting and analysis affecting operation departments. This unique opportunity will empower you to provide business management related research, evaluation, operational, reporting and analytical support. Reporting to the Team Manager, you will take the lead in interactions with Senior Management across a wide variety of areas in the organization, including CCSC, CMS, SBCC, CCC/BRRIT, BCCO and SBBAR as well as other partners such as Compliance, Governance & Control, BBIS, BB Infrastructure, Data Governance & Analytics. This role will allow you insight to in-depth knowledge of a variety of Business Banking processes and Teams! Provide business management related research, evaluation, operational, reporting and/or analytical support in a timely manner
Develop and/or prepare applicable business metrics/standard/ad hoc reporting in collaboration with partners and stakeholders for own business management area to help inform or support decisions as appropriate
Conduct regular, ongoing analysis, evaluation/assessment and review of business performance/processes/ initiatives
Support the development of presentations/communications and dissemination of information
Coordinate relevant processes/meetings/events that impact a broad area
Understand department objectives and contribute by recommending appropriate action to management based on analysis and review of results
Contribute to various operational activities (e.g. report production, system queries, process mapping, tracking, analysis and procedural support, premises, onboarding)
Remain informed of emerging issues, industry trends and/or relevant changes
Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies that relate to business management activities
Continuously enhance knowledge/expertise in own area and keep current emerging trends/developments and grow knowledge of the business, analytical tools and techniques
Prioritize and manage own workload in order to deliver quality results and meet assigned timelines
Support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest
Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and operational efficiency
Establish effective relationships across multiple business and technology partners, program and project managers
Participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business units
Support Business Continuity Management (BCM) across CCC, BRRIT, SBCC, CCSC, SBBAR, CMS, BCCO and OPWFM, ensuring required documentation, testing and updates are accurate and input plan content and coordinate annual call tree exercises.
Support OPWFM reporting analysts as guidance resource and secondary check for reviews.
Support Voyageur/Verint escalations to work with TD Communications team and telecom escalations.
Tracking/metrics gathering for the BBOPs teams for Privacy and Ops loss internally in regard to action items/coaching for SBBAR/CMS/CCSC/BRRIT/CCC/ SBCC/BCCO.
Monthly and Quarter Attestations for Share drives, Generic inboxes, asset reporting for CCSC/CMS/BRRIT/CCC /SBCC/BCCO/ OPWFM.
Primary point of Escalation for Reporting team.
Provide specialized analysis, nonstandard reporting, and operational support
Provide guidance/assistance to other team members and internal partners on a broad range of processes
Carry out work with some complexity, generally requiring short to medium-term focus (weekly/monthly)
Independently deliver assigned initiatives with direction from management
