    How you will make an impact: 

    Luther Oaks is seeking a passionate and reliable Building Services Technician II to execute a diverse range of installation and repair tasks across multiple skill domains, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning, among others, necessitating specialized expertise. All duties will adhere strictly to the prescribed methodologies, protocols, and safety guidelines of Lutheran Life Communities, as well as relevant Federal and State regulations. 

    Schedule Varies: This position is on call, full time hours will be available starting October 2024

    What you will need: 

    • Two years of technical or trade school training; or five years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired. 

    • Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred. 

    • Previous maintenance experience preferred

    • certification in electrical, hvac, or plumbing preferred.
