    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Assist writing proposals and establishing financial budgets;

    • Assist with project document reviews (drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, etc.);

    • Attend pre-construction meetings and document discussions;

    • Assist with review and report on project mock-ups;

    • Assist with performance of periodic site visits and utilize a site visit reporting system to identify and update action items;

    • Assist with performance of field testing to confirm building enclosure performance (water, air leakage, EFVM, infrared testing, etc.);

    • Assist in small project management and coordination;

    • Participate in continuing education;

    • Periodic out-of-state travel;

    • Perform various office-related tasks.

    Qualifications

    Your Capabilities and Credentials

    • General knowledge of Building Science principles or Building Envelope components is a plus;

    • Experience as a Building Envelope Consultant and/or Trade Expert is a plus;

    • Organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks on multiple projects;

    • Ability to work in a team environment;

    • Strong customer service commitment;

    • Excellent communication and documentation skills;

    • Professional attitude;

    • Commitment to succeed;

    • Persistence;

    • Strong work ethic;

    • Valid Driver's license and access to a vehicle".

    Education and Experience

    Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field;

    Pursuing registration either as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is a plus

    Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
